Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10-15 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong technical and communication skills essential for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assumes overall accountability for jobsite safety and contract compliance.
• Verifies financial forecast accuracy, notices, and billings with leadership escalation.
• Leads development of quality and closeout plans aligned with contract documents.
• Directs project administration, superintendents, and engineers to set priorities.
• Manages subcontracting strategy and buyout processes and risk mitigation.
• Coordinates preconstruction services and aligns deliverables with Owner and design team.
• Builds a networked local market presence and partners with business development.
