Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of construction management or related experience for Senior Project Manager I.
• Minimum 10 years for Senior Project Manager II.
• Current driver's license required.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overall financial health of projects.
• Provide financials and billings to Accounting.
• Lead Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Maintain schedule and budget, manage quality, risk, and compliance.
