You will build high-performing teams, manage client relations, monitor budgets and schedules, and collaborate with business development to expand opportunities while delivering exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 12–18 years of experience leading projects of $100M+ in healthcare, life sciences, higher education, etc.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance on each project.
• Negotiate contracts, manage buyout processes, and guide risk mitigation.
• Oversee scheduling, budget, and coordination with owners, subs, and vendors.
• Develop local market insights and collaborate with business development to win work.
