Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate with client, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Develop strategy to meet schedule and budget constraints.
• Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor agreements.
• Maintain project documents and RFIs, submittals, drawings, and related docs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Prepare progress reports and client communications.
• Manage project closeout and final releases.
