Job summary

Riley Construction in Wisconsin is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead design and construction efforts on designated projects. The role drives scope, budget, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, manage RFIs and submittals, and lead project meetings to resolve conflicts and remove barriers. A Bachelor’s in CM and 3–5 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar.
• 3–5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Viewpoint and Procore preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews project scope and budget to determine time frame and costs.
• Develops strategy for staffing and resource allocation to meet project goals.
• Oversees construction activities and coordinates with architects/engineers and clients.
• Leads team meetings and manages project documentation including RFIs and submittals.
• Ensures projects progress on schedule and within budget; prepares management reports.
