Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar discipline.
• 10–18 years of commercial construction experience at senior PM level.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Viewpoint, and Procore preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the project plan within the allotted time frame and budget.
• Develop strategy to accomplish projects, including staffing requirements and resources.
• Oversee all construction aspects and coordinate with client to modify scope as needed.
• Lead project meetings (OAC) and manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure project progress, reporting, and closeout documents are completed on time.
