Job summary

Appleton Finn is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from award through final closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while meeting contractual obligations.

You will lead budget planning, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor coordination, procurement, documentation, and stakeholder communication, working with field teams and senior management to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive construction/project management experience.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, cost management, subcontractors, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from award through closeout.
• Establish budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Review drawings, contracts, and related documents.
• Coordinate subcontractor selection, procurement, and contract administration.
• Monitor costs and financial performance; manage change orders.
• Lead project meetings and site visits; manage risks and safety.
