Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive construction management experience.
• Experience with high-end residential or complex projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and change orders.
• Proven client, subcontractor, and vendor coordination.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant construction experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate with superintendents, PMs, subcontractors, vendors, and team.
• Monitor progress and mitigate delays.
• Prepare monthly billing and financial reporting.
