Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field is a mandatory requirement.
• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in successfully leading projects and programs within the construction or engineering industry.
• Experience in leading projects on-schedule and within budget; strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful completion of high-quality projects within timelines and budgets.
• Review reports to determine project status and actions required; provide cost/budget analysis.
• Lead pre-job planning sessions to ensure understanding of project requirements among team members.
• Assemble estimates for projects and ensure proper loading into the project cost system.
• Communicate project issues to management in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain all project schedules and ensure alignment with the master schedule.
• Prepare monthly contract billings to ensure cash flow during performance.
• Manage conflicts with customers, vendors, and partners; mentor other project managers.
• Identify and develop policies for continuous improvement.
• Visit job sites and inspect progress to resolve project issues.
