• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent written and verbal presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning work schedules and coordinating project activities to meet timelines and budgets.
• Work in the field with production crews to learn mechanical systems (plumbing, ductwork, piping, equipment).
• Prepare reports and closeout documentation; support cost reviews and pricing procedures.
• Support management in developing client and vendor relationships.
• Draft letters, memos, and procedures; communicate project issues to management promptly.
