Clune Construction seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships, ensuring exceptional delivery on commercial construction programs.

Ideal candidates have 9+ years in construction PM, with 2-3 years in commercial settings, and a BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture. This on-site role offers strong growth and employee ownership culture.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of construction project management experience, with 2-3 years in commercial construction.
• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering preferred.
• Experience leading project teams and managing client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide strategic leadership and align cross-functional teams to project goals.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, bid strategy, and contract negotiations to mitigate risk.
• Foster long-term relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners for high client satisfaction.
• Oversee project financial performance, including budgets, cash flow, and contingency management.
• Monitor schedule, quality, safety, and risk, driving effective project controls.
• Coordinate turnover and final documentation, warranties, and financial reconciliation.
• Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers to develop future leaders.
