You will oversee planning, design, execution and risk management, supervise project teams, manage client communication, and enforce safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years PM experience in electrical/data center or mission-critical work, PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in construction PM with electrical/data center experience; >$50M projects.
• PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera; AutoCAD and electrical design tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, including planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Ensure the integration and implementation of electrical systems meet project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Supervise and coordinate the efforts of project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure all project activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
