The Walsh Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Data Center Group in LaPorte, IN. You will lead interdisciplinary teams, drive safety and quality, and own staffing and budgets to deliver complex construction projects on time and within scope.

This role requires a proven track record in estimating, scheduling, and client relationship management, with 10+ years of experience and a preferred Bachelor’s degree. Relocation may be required.

• Strong estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and cost-control skills.
• Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver construction projects.
• Participate in design and execution of project safety and quality control.
• Manage staffing and budgetary controls for projects.
• Assist in bid package development, pre-qualifications, and budgeting.
• Lead preconstruction meetings and respond to RFIs.
• Analyze risk and schedule-related issues; manage cash flow impacts.
• Maintain relationships with customers and oversee project close-out.
• Serve as primary contact for senior leadership on business initiatives.
