Job summary

The Walsh Group in LaPorte, IN, is seeking a Project Superintendent for our Data Center Group. You will own field operations, drive the project schedule, and manage subcontractors to deliver on time and on budget with the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 6+ years of experience in field/supervisory roles.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Some roles may require relocation.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of field operations.
• Create and manage project schedule.
• Coordinate subcontracts, drawings and specifications.
• Establish budgets and control costs.
• Identify causes of cost variances and mitigate them.
• Identify project risks and work to mitigate them.
• Communicate quality standards to subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct quality control inspections.
• Follow safety program and OSHA standards.
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness.
• Prepare daily time cards for supervised personnel.
• Prepare daily logs.
