Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction/Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in managing construction teams and client relationships.
• Relocation may be required for specific roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for controls including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering and personnel management.
• Oversee project start-up, execution, and close-out processes.
• Develop personnel development & recruitment strategies.
• Manage contractual issues and establish customer relationships.
• Forecast costs accurately for job completion.
• Provide leadership and development to the project team.
• Resolve problems with final say.
• Implement QA/QC plans.
• Identify issues to Program Manager to ensure project success.
• Review preliminary schedules, financial projections, and cost to complete.
• Ensure construction site safety rules are followed.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals.
