Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong understanding of project financial management and cost control.
• Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders and teams with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish within time and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Establish relationships with third parties/vendors and manage subcontractors.
• Prepare budget estimates, progress, and cost tracking reports, and manage risk.
• Ensure safety compliance and lead project teams to successful completion.
