PCG Talent Network is recruiting a Senior Construction Project Manager for a major construction client in Nashville, TN. The role requires leading projects from planning through completion with a focus on budget, schedule, safety, and quality.

You will coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to contract terms, while providing strategic direction and reporting on progress and costs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in building sciences, construction management, engineering, or similar program.
• Proven experience managing construction projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

• Participates in establishing a project budget through negotiation or hard bid.
• Oversees organization, scheduling, safety, quality, and cost-control of each project.
• Provide leadership to subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and staff.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Maintain relationships with owners and contacts to facilitate project activities.
• Monitor and control projects to ensure completion on schedule and within budget.
• Represent company in project meetings and attend strategy meetings.
• Interpret plans and contract terms for staff, workers, and clients.
• Formulate progress and cost/scheduling reports.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently at different stages.
• Attend management meetings to discuss project items and corporate goals.
