Triversity Construction is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in Columbus, OH. The role requires strong technical knowledge of construction documents, ability to lead project administration, and coordination of change orders and pay applications.

You will develop scopes of work and assist in bid packages while maintaining cost control and risk management. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with executives, managers, and client representatives, lead project logs, ensure safety

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil, mechanical, or related field.
• 2+ years of commensurate experience in construction.
• Knowledge of contract documents and trades obligations.
• Working knowledge of construction trades and basic safety considerations.
• Familiarity with MEPFF&T scope and scheduling practices.

Responsabilidades

• Research and issue RFIs; review responses; maintain document filing systems.
• Assist with scheduling using scheduling applications and review submittals/shop drawings; support QC program.
• Prepare monthly project progress reports and close-out deliverables; lead owner responsibilities.
• Support change orders, pay applications, write scopes of work, and assist with bid package supplements.
• Monitor CPM schedule and identify time, cost, and quality risks; coordinate project logs.
