Qualifications

• Experience with filtration systems is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to close, ensuring safety and quality.
• Monitor budgets and schedules, report progress and forecasts.
• Coordinate with managers, subcontractors, and farm staff.
• Prepare bids and identify capital expense needs for farms.
• Travel to farms daily with planned overnight stays as required.
• Maintain company safety and bio-security protocols.
