Job summary

CORE Builders in San Jose, CA seeks a Project Executive to oversee multiple large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. You will drive project strategy, manage client relationships, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on every site.

As a senior leader, you will mentor Senior PMs, collaborate with HR on staffing, and oversee budgets and forecasts. This on-site role requires travel to sites in the SF Bay Area and flexibility on hours.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience, with senior PM exposure.
• Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and PM methodologies.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project strategies aligned with company goals and client expectations.
