Jobot in Michigan is seeking a Construction Senior Project Engineer to lead planning, ensure projects stay within scope, budget and schedule, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and authorities.

You will conduct site visits, develop bid packages, and present status reports. A Civil/Construction background with 3–5 years PM experience and knowledge of codes is needed; PE is preferred but not required. Competitive salary and benefits offered by Jobot.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project planning, refine charters, and create detailed work scopes.
• Develop and manage RFQ/bid documentation.
• Oversee projects to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and municipal authorities.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.
