Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CM, CE, Architecture or related field preferred.
- Internship or professional experience in commercial construction preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist project teams with subcontract administration, procurement, and project documentation.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
- Support scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking activities.
- Coordinate communication between field and office teams.
- Assist with project closeout documentation and owner turnover packages.
- Maintain accurate project records and reporting.
