Job summary

The State of Wisconsin, Department of Military Affairs (DMA) is seeking two Engineer-Advanced/Construction Project Managers in Madison. The roles focus on budgeting, planning, design oversight, and construction management for DMA facilities, acting as Owner's Representative and coordinating with project teams.

A Professional Engineer (PE) or eligibility is required, with a flexible schedule of 4x10 or 5x8 shifts and a comprehensive benefits package provided by the state.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited college/university.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or eligibility as defined by state statutes.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, planning, design, and design oversight for DMA facilities.
• Construction management of assigned projects.
• Act as Owner’s Representative and liaison with Project Manager and staff.
• Coordinate work with Project Architect/Engineer and agency staff to ensure compliance with laws, codes, and budgets.
