The role requires strong project controls, scheduling, and team leadership; you will work with multidisciplinary staff, maintain logs and reports, and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of construction estimating support, engineering or field support.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, AGTEK Take-off and Primavera Scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage job controls to ensure contract, budget, schedule, forecasting and job costing compliance.
• Develop and maintain project schedule to ensure on-time, under-budget work.
• Oversee project engineering assignments to meet deadlines and budget.
• Ensure compliance with company, contract and schedule requirements.
• Provide technical support in planning, quality control, and constructability reviews.
• Develop, implement and administer project engineering procedures and documents.
• Represent company in client and project management meetings.
• Develop and maintain all job reporting and logs.
• Supervise, direct, and mentor project staff to meet standards.
