Job summary

Kleinfelder is seeking an Engineering Construction Project Controls Professional for our South area, with base options in Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; or Tampa, FL. The Project Coordinator will assist with accounting, reporting, invoicing support, travel coordination, and administrative tasks for a variety of projects.

This role requires 3–6 years in project planning, cost control, and strong MS Excel skills, along with teamwork and strong organizational ability.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in finance, business, project management or equivalent.
• 3–6 years’ experience in project planning and cost control.
• Proficient in MS Excel and project data management.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Deltek Vision is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with project cost recording and invoicing.
• Supports document management for project teams.
• Creates and organizes project data folders.
• Assist Project Controls Associate as requested.
• Collaborates with PMs/Program Managers on controls processes.
• Supports contract management, invoicing, document control and collections.
