Job summary

Kleinfelder is seeking an Engineering Construction Project Controls Professional for the South area. The Project Coordinator will assist with accounting functions, reporting, invoicing support, travel coordination, and administrative tasks for a variety of projects based in the South Division, with locations including Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; and Tampa, FL.

You will support project cost reporting and document management under supervision.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 3-6 years of experience in project planning and cost control.
• 1+ year in finance, accounting, or construction management.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Advanced analytical and evaluative thinking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project costs, invoices, and expense documentation.
• Support document management for project teams.
• Create and organize project data and folder structures.
• Assist Project Controls Associate as needed.
• Support project controls processes and systems on large-scale delivery projects.
• Assist in contract management, invoicing, and document control.
