Job summary

Bonitz, Inc. in Charleston, SC, is seeking a full-time project consultant to lead and influence internally and externally, building long-term relationships with general contractors, architects, designers, owners, end users, and internal teams while managing multiple projects from start to finish in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

You will learn the industry quickly, prospect new business, cultivate a strong pipeline, and work both in the office and on job sites in a fun, team-oriented

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Ability to develop long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with potential clients and vendors.
• Gather project information including CAD drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with estimator and project teams on documentation and pricing.
• Coordinate materials and schedules with internal teams and vendors.
• Support Project Manager and manage multiple projects from start to finish.
• Ensure close-out documents and warranties are provided to end-users.
