Job summary

Bonitz, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a Project Manager to be the single point of contact for installation projects from inception to close-out.

The role requires independent work habits and strong teamwork, delivering accurate, timely results in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with general contractors, vendors and the Bonitz team, manage schedules, budgets, safety, and quality, and ensure profitability for each project.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2-5 years’ experience in general contracting, construction management, or construction administration preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a background, drug, and motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Bonitz team, customers, vendors, and project team at a high level.
• Act as single point of contact and manage all installation project aspects from inception to close-out and invoicing.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee tasks, dates, interfaces, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Manage GC relationships, attend meetings, and coordinate to maintain project schedule.
• Oversee field operations to ensure work follows plans, specs, and timelines.
• Prepare installer work orders and document all changes and invoicing.
