The Boldt Company is seeking a Senior Construction Project Administrator to support multiple Indiana operations. This role is critical to the success of our growing automotive and industrial construction projects and will serve as a key partner to Project Managers, Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you'll partner with project teams, field leaders, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to keep complex construction projects running smoothly. From safety and quality initiatives to procurement, document control, equipment management, and cost reporting, you'll play a critical role in delivering projects on time, on budget, and with excellence. Ideal candidates are highly organized, collaborative, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $30 - $37 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
