• 3–5+ years of dedicated construction accounting experience required.
• Strong understanding of construction pay applications and lien waivers.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and process construction pay applications and final billings.
• Code and enter job-related invoices into Sage 100 Contractor.
• Assist with project forecasting and cost tracking.
