Job summary

Lyte Fiber, LLC in Houston seeks a Senior Manager of Construction Projects to lead the Construction Project Management team, owning budgets, schedules and cross‑functional delivery from OSP design through closeout.

You will recruit, coach and retain project managers, set goals, review performance, manage risks and enforce standards for plans, change control and reporting while coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Community Development and Sales to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, telecommunications, or related field.
• 5+ years of telecommunications project management experience, with a strong preference for OSP fiber design and construction.
• Demonstrated experience leading and coaching a team of project managers across multiple projects.
• PMP or comparable certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Construction Project Management team across markets.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and retain Project Managers; set goals; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Oversee scheduling, budgets, change management, reporting and project close-out across the portfolio.
• Align with OSP Engineering, Operations, and cross-functional partners (Community Development, Sales, Marketing) for smooth transitions and communications.
• Monitor portfolio performance and drive on-time, on-budget delivery from planning to go-live.
