Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join our Design & Construction team in McHenry, Mississippi. You will lead preconstruction, budgeting, contracting, and cross-functional coordination for cutting-edge facilities supporting defense technology initiatives. The role requires 10+ years in construction management, strong CPM scheduling, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management.
• Experience with energetics and/or process gas pressure testing requirements.
• Strong background in design advisory, pre-construction, and project kickoff/setup.
• Extreme orderliness when it comes to document control.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, MEP systems and building codes.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction and Design: gather user requirements and generate cost estimates across project lifecycle.
• Budget and Financial Oversight: develop and manage budgets; forecast cash flow; present financial reports.
• Contracting Strategy: develop contracting structures; set terms to ensure transparency and fairness; allocate risk.
• Stakeholder Management: serve as primary contact; inform senior management of progress and issues.
• External Project Management and Coordination: maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and vendors; coordinate with external PM teams.
