Job summary

SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE USA LLC in the United States is seeking a senior Construction Project Manager to lead all phases of large construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout.

You will develop budgets, manage schedules and procurement, mentor junior staff, and coordinate owner, subcontractor and consultant teams while ensuring safety, quality and adherence to plans and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 6–10 years of construction management experience, able to run complex projects independently.
• Knowledge of project startup, mobilization, construction management and project administration.
• Experience managing project financial performance and coordinating resources.
• Proficiency in CPM scheduling software, construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills for team morale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with Owners, consultants, subcontractors, and senior management.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly to job sites and regional offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project planning, execution and closeout for assigned construction projects.
• Develop and manage budgets, cost forecasts, cash flow projections and financial reporting.
• Build, monitor and execute project schedules and recovery plans.
• Manage owner contracts, subcontract agreements, procurement and vendor relationships.
• Lead owner, subcontractor, consultant and internal coordination meetings.
• Manage project risks, change orders, claims and dispute resolution.
• Mentor and direct interns, Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers, and oversee staffing and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site visits to review progress, safety, quality and field operations, and work with superintendents and preconstruction on subcontractor scopes before bidding.
