Job summary

Hillwood Construction Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will guide Project Managers and Superintendents, set goals, allocate resources, and mentor teams while ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality adherence.

The role emphasizes client relationships, risk management, and driving best practices across projects, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Tilt-wall construction with design-build experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach Project Managers and teams to drive accountability and development.
• Establish clear goals and roles for all team members.
• Allocate internal resources across multiple projects.
• Promote Hillwood best practices, processes, and standards.
