Job summary

Hill International, Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Senior Program Construction Manager - Rail & Transit to lead transformational transit projects, including rail modernization, new corridors, and station redevelopments, while advising top clients and growing Hill’s PM/CM practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• 20+ years in construction management/PM for major infrastructure/transit programs.
• Experience in Design-Build/DBOM delivery.
• Rail systems and multimodal infrastructure experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction management and field delivery on large transit programs.
• Serve as Owner’s Representative, ensuring contractors meet contractual and performance obligations.
• Direct and manage contractors, DB/DBOM teams, and consultants across complex delivery environments.
• Drive safety, quality, schedule adherence, and cost control across programs.
• Mentor construction managers and contribute to Hill’s rail/transit practice growth.
