Job summary

Facility Services Management Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to plan, direct and coordinate designated construction projects, ensuring goals, timeframes and budgets are met.

The role requires leadership of teams, coordination with subcontractors, and hands-on oversight from kickoff to completion. Candidates should have a four-year degree in Construction Management or 10+ years of experience, and possess an ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate or be able to obtain it within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management or 10+ years of construction management experience.
• ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC) is required or must be obtained within 60 days after onboarding.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting and cost control experience.
• Ability to build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Total responsibility for construction project management including labor, materials, schedule, and budget.
• Lead multiple projects, develop construction plans and schedules.
• Develop bid pricing and subcontractor selections; review SOW and pricing.
• Oversee projects from kickoff to completion; coordinate with contractors and staff.
• Enforce safety plans and OSHA policies; produce status reports for stakeholders.
