Alliant Energy in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a Lead Project Manager / Principal Program Manager – Construction to lead major generation and energy infrastructure projects from concept through commissioning.

You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of CT Simple Cycle plants and other facilities, coordinating with engineering, operations, regulatory, and construction partners while balancing safety, schedule, cost, and quality.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; PMP certification or progress toward PMP is required within 8 months of hire.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale construction programs and managing project scope, time, cost, risk, and quality.

• Promotes and improves program management practices and methodologies.
• Provides direct program management services for large strategic programs.
