OUTSOURCE Consulting Services, Inc. (OCSI.co) seeks a Senior Project Manager - Construction to support a federal government client in Aiken, SC.

You will manage all facets of construction and maintenance on multiple complex programs, with emphasis on safety, quality, schedule, and cost. The ideal candidate will bring extensive construction management experience, ability to lead diverse teams, and strong communication of complex technical, organizational, and financial issues to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have comprehensive knowledge of project management and project planning at the tactical level.
• In-depth knowledge of construction, cost and scheduling, subcontract administration, and construction strategies.
• Must be able to provide professional references and obtain/maintain a DOE security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects and maintenance on multiple complex programs.
• Assign and manage personnel and provide leadership to project teams.
