Qualifications

• 7 years of direct purchasing or EPC procurement experience required.
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and direct procurement plans to reduce costs and meet schedules.
• Direct preparation of procurement documents and agreements.
• Lead bid evaluations and coordinate technical reviews.
• Mentor and guide less experienced purchasers.
• Present status reports and participate in staff development.
