Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Construction, Law or related field.
• 7 years direct purchasing experience or applicable substitute.
• Procurement, contract administration, and claims management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement plans to reduce costs while meeting schedules and quality.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to procurement staff.
• Prepare procurement documents and agreements.
• Conduct bid evaluations and coordinate technical evaluations.
• Manage supplier submittals and expediting.
• Oversee QA/QC activities and processes.
• Negotiate procurement of equipment, materials, and subcontracts.
• Lead proposal and pre-bid meetings.
• Review supplier performance and implement process improvements.
• Submit procurement packages to the engineering group.
• Present Project Procurement Status and Material Status Reports.
• Participate in recruitment and staff development.
