Job summary

Qualifications

• Procurement experience in industrial or manufacturing construction projects.
• Comfortable working across functions and cultures with clear communication.
• Knowledge of contract management, tendering processes and AIA construction models.
• Curious approach to change and learning new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Set procurement and construction roadmaps with global colleagues and business priorities.
• Shape sourcing strategies and tender events balancing value, sustainability and risk.
• Manage contracts, negotiations, AIA discussions, supplier performance and KPIs with governance.
• Develop supplier relationships supporting productivity, continuity planning and resilient project execution.
• Share lessons learned and improvement actions across teams.
