Job summary

The LEGO Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager, Construction to join the Global Procurement, Construction & Energy Sourcing team at our Virginia facility. You will lead procurement and construction roadmaps, shape sourcing strategies and manage contracts across a global network, aligned with sustainability and risk objectives.

As Senior Procurement Manager, Construction, you will join Global Procurement, Construction & Energy Sourcing at the new Manufacturing facility in Virginia.

The Indirect Materials & Services Procurement organization sources facilities, technology, professional services, travel, distribution and logistics. Together with Global Workplace colleagues, the team helps manufacturing locations grow responsibly, control risk and advance sustainability ambitions.

• Exposure to transformation programs in a global business setting and shared ways of working.
• Background in supply chain, procurement, construction management or related discipline.

Additional details on this position

This is a hybrid role based in Chester, Virginia, with no relocation support offered.

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $128,542.00 - $192,812.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
