Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Houston is seeking a Project Manager to oversee TI and ground-up construction projects from initiation to closeout. Based in the Houston area, you will work directly with clients to define scope, budgets, schedules, and outcomes.

You will coordinate project delivery resources, lead governance, track progress, and manage risks, while driving project success with accountable leadership and a focus on quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• 5–8 years of relevant project management experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, budget, and schedule for construction projects.
• Coordinate with clients on project delivery resources, cost estimates, and milestones.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct proposals and bid evaluations.
• Implement project governance and ensure data integrity and timely documentation.
• Lead the project delivery team and report status and variances.
