Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Construction Program Manager for its Beaverton site. The role oversees office, R&D labs and cleanroom facilities, owning scope, budget, schedule, and quality while coordinating with external firms and internal partners.

The candidate will develop charters, perform feasibility studies, manage budgets, and drive risk mitigation. Expertise in project controls, procurement, and compliance is essential for successful on-time delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing construction projects from conception through close-out.
  • Proven ability to develop, manage, and report budgets for large capital projects.
  • Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building systems, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and safety aspects.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Procore, and Smartsheet.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate in a global environment across time zones and manage remote projects.

Responsibilities

  • Directly lead and manage construction projects across ADI Beaverton site, overseeing scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
  • Coordinate with external design firms, contractors, and consultants while maintaining governance.
  • Develop project charters, define scope, objectives, and deliverables; perform feasibility and risk assessments.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, ROI analyses, and budget forecasts; monitor expenditures and controls.
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, EHS, and Facilities Design to translate requirements into designs.
  • Develop RFPs, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts with design/build firms and general contractors.
  • Coordinate permitting activities and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
  • Oversee schedules, milestones, and progress, identifying risks and mitigation actions.
  • Review change orders, invoices, and payments to ensure budget adherence.
  • Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the lifecycle.
  • Provide regular status updates to management on financial performance and risks.
  • Manage punch-list, as-built docs, warranty collection and turnover.
