Job summary

PrimeSpace Capital is hiring a Senior Construction Manager to lead the execution of self-storage development projects across the United States. You will oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout, partnering with leadership, superintendents, subcontractors, and development teams to deliver on schedule and on budget.

With 1.5M+ square feet delivered and a rapidly expanding pipeline, you will thrive in fast-paced environments, solving complex field challenges while growing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management, project management, or field leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple active commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and project controls.
• Knowledge of RFIs, submittals, permitting, inspections, and change management processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel regularly to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Drive schedule performance, budget adherence, quality control, and safety standards.
• Identify project risks early and implement solutions before delays.
• Develop recovery plans for projects that fall behind schedule.
