Job summary

SunCoast Restoration and Waterproofing Panama City Beach, FL, seeks a Project Manager to lead project execution, ensure on-time completion, and maintain budget adherence. You will document progress, manage schedules, budgets, and client relations, using Procore and related tools.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, quality control, submittals, and closeout. Deep knowledge of coatings/restoration and construction best practices is required.

• Wall cladding systems knowledge
• Door and window removal/install experience
• Caulking and sealant removal/install
• Wet glazing removal/install
• Epoxy/urethane injections
• Carbon fiber reinforcement
• Swing stage install/removal
• Scaffold install/removal
• MEWP operations
• OSHA 30 Certification

Responsibilities

• All phases of work from Pre-Con hand-off to completion
• Participate in job walks
• Drive safety culture on site
• Obtain necessary permits and adhere to regulations
• Close project permits and manage budget tracking
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and changes
• Procure materials and manage procurement
• Update schedules and communicate with stakeholders
• Interface with client and manage vendors
• Provide project documentation in Procore and PM systems
• Coordinate staffing with superintendents
• Collaborate on quality control and project closeout
