Job summary

Perdue Commercial Interiors seeks a senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex architectural interior projects through preconstruction, coordination, field execution and closeout.

Must have proven General Contractor experience and ability to work with GCs, architects, owners, trade partners, manufacturers and internal teams on Falkbuilt modular walls, Steelcase Architectural Solutions, casework and millwork.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management and 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, jobsite coordination, contracts, budgets, and project controls.
• Ability to lead complex projects in active construction environments while protecting schedule, quality, and profitability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, planning, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through preconstruction, design development, coordination, award, execution, and closeout.
• Coordinate field operations with GCs, superintendents, trade contractors, installers, vendors, and manufacturers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, installation plans, procurement timelines, manpower plans, and site logistics.
• Drive accountability for safety, schedule, quality, budget, and client satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly to protect schedule and cost.
