Blueridgesearch is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a major construction project in Oxford, MS. You will lead the project from startup through closeout, coordinating with the Superintendent, owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure success.

You will review contracts, budgets, and schedules, manage look-ahead plans, and oversee change orders, procurement, and invoicing. Strong leadership, communication, and safety focus are essential for delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifikationen

• 4-year degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of construction experience with progressive PM responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, and project administration.
• Experience with CPM scheduling software such as P6.
• Procore, Microsoft Excel, Word, and other construction management software proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead project teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality control, and subcontractor management.

• Lead the project from startup through closeout.
• Review contracts, scopes, budgets, and project requirements.
• Develop and manage the master project schedule.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
• Lead project planning and coordination meetings.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships.
• Review and negotiate subcontractor change orders.
• Prepare owner and subcontractor change orders.
• Manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and procurement.
• Review payment applications, invoices, and project expenditures.
• Monitor project cash flow, revenue projections, and job costs.
• Prepare regular project reports and financial updates.
• Develop and manage look-ahead schedules.
• Maintain project documentation and document control.
• Oversee the project's quality control program.
• Work closely with the Superintendent to resolve project issues.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements.
• Manage and mentor project staff
• Participate in owner, architect, subcontractor, and project meetings.
• Assist with preconstruction, estimating, and constructability reviews.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and improved project execution.
