Job summary

Grand Canyon Development Partners in Las Vegas is seeking a Construction Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead complex development and construction efforts. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams including civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing disciplines.

The role requires a background in engineering, architecture or construction management, and is focused on delivering projects on time and within budget for hospitality, retail and entertainment

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience across civil/structural/architectural/electrical/mechanical/plumbing preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management preferred; combination considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope of work for full design/construction team.
• Handle multi-discipline project management and budgets.
• Review field issues with A/E, client and contractors; report to supervisor.
• Possibly manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop/update field procedures; research codes and manuals.
• Provide direction to contracting personnel and review A/E design docs for constructability.
• Maintain budgets, progress reports, and client communications weekly.

Education
