Job summary

Optiline Enterprises in Charleston, SC, is seeking a Project Manager to own the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage schedules, budgets, client communication, safety, and coordination with field teams and trade partners, with a clear path toward senior project management and future Project Executive opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing specialty construction, interior systems, or related commercial scopes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, labor, purchasing, billing, and change orders.
• Strong financial judgment to protect project profitability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and related software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from preconstruction handoff through completion and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, budgets, procurement plans, and objectives.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, GC's, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Identify risks early and drive them toward resolution.
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation.
